This year the Network has also responded to the changing needs of Northern Home Care Programs by embarking on a project to explore Virtual Care as an important tool to maintain connection and service to HCC Clients when travel is not possible. Through this project, the Network is in development of a Virtual Care Tool Kit to support any HCC Program with pathway options to Virtual Care delivery in their community.
